Fees
Your swim fees are paid weekly and you pay for all weeks in the months. If you are away, you are required pay for the missed lesson at your next class- refer to our make-up policy. Each week at reception prior to your lesson, you pay for that week’s swim class and also pay for any missed classes. 

Deposits 
You are required to pay a two-lesson deposit at your first lesson. This deposit is used as payment for your last 2 lessons when finishing in our program. The deposit is swum out and no refunds are given. 

Discounts
We offer a discount to those who have 3 or more children from the one family swimming at our centre. The third child is HALF PRICE!!! 

When Finishing Swim Lessons 
When you wish to finish your lessons, all money paid to the swim school is to be swum out. NO CASH REFUNDS are given. We ask you to advise us 2 weeks prior to your finish date. Your pre-paid deposit then pays for the last two lessons. any other money and/or make-ups are to be used PRIOR to finishing. Any make-ups not used prior to finishing are forfeited. If intending to return deposits may be suspended. 

Missed Classes 
Our Make-up Policy: A make-up is offered when, for one reason or another, you cannot attend your scheduled class. 

Prior to your lesson, NOT AFTER, you must advise us either in person or by phone. If the office is unattended our answering machine will take the message. If phoning please leave your child=s name, lesson day, time and teachers name and your return phone number. 

You are given 12 months from the date of your scheduled lesson to organise the make-up. This is not in place of your regular class, but at another time or day in addition to your regular class.

We cannot guarantee that the make-up will be with your regular teacher and if the 12-month period expires whilst waiting, you will forfeit the make-up.

Once a make-up class has been booked we cannot re-book the make-up at another time, you therefore forfeit the make-up. Any make-up cancelled or missed cannot be re-booked.

Make-ups cannot be saved or used in our holiday intensive program. This program is separate to our normal swim lessons. During our holiday program, no make-ups will be offered as this program is already run at a discounted price.

On arrival for your make-up, please check at reception to be advised of your child=s swim teacher.
To receive a make-up, your child MUST be attending a regular class. You cannot stop lessons and then use the make-ups in place of a regular lesson.

Make-ups can only be booked 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time.
Once you finish swim lessons make-ups are cancelled.

The child doing the make-up MUST be in our swim program. Make-ups are not transferrable.

Assessments
The teachers at each class will assess your child and you will be informed when your child is ready to be moved to the next level. Assessment is an ongoing process and our staff will advance your child when they are confident and competent to move to the next level. This may require a change of time, day and teacher, so please check with reception for details of the change.

Certificate System
Our certificate system ranges from babies through learning-to-swim to squad. See display board in reception for all our certificates. All children are assessed individually and are progressed as they complete all relevant skills in that level.
